A few minutes of scalp massage daily boosts circulation, promotes hair growth, and relieves stress. Use your fingertips or a scalp brush with light pressure for the best results!

2.Hydration is Key!
Drinking plenty of water keeps your hair hydrated from the inside out, reducing dryness and breakage. Aim for at least 2 liters a day for optimal hair health!

3.Silk Pillowcases for Smoother Hair
Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase helps reduce friction, preventing frizz, tangles, and split ends. Your hair (and skin) will thank you!

4.Nourish with Hair Masks
Treat your hair to a deep-conditioning mask once a week. Look for ingredients like keratin, argan oil, or shea butter to restore moisture and strength.
